Membership is currently described as open to individuals aged 18 and above. Air Zimbabwe asks applicants to complete a membership form and can consider eligible travel from the preceding year when ticket details are supplied.

The current airline FAQ says miles can contribute to a free ticket or be transferred towards free tickets for family members. Seat availability, taxes, ticket conditions and the programme's current rules still need to be confirmed at the point of redemption.
